Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large green peppers, cut in strips
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 round steak, cut in strips
Preparation
    Brown steak in skillet with onion and peppers in oil.
    Mix beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger and sugar together.
    Add to steak and simmer until it thickens.
    Serve over cooked rice.
