Ham Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground fully cooked ham
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. light cream or milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, combine
    ham,
    onion
    and green pepper.
    Place 1/3 cup
    of
    mixture
    and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese at one end
    of each tortilla; roll up.
    Arrange tortillas, seam side down, in
    a greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine eggs,
    cream, flour, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Pour
    over tortillas.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake,
    uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 45 to 50 minutes or until
    set. Sprinkle
    with
    remaining cheese.
    Bake 3 minutes more or
    until cheese is melted.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
