Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, scooped out and sprinkled with pepper
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    4 scallions, chopped
    6 oz. Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1 can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Combine everything (except tomatoes).
    Stuff tomatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
