Coating For Baking Pans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
1 c. shortening
1 c. flour

Preparation

Blend the three ingredients together in food processor or Mixmaster.
Store in refrigerator in covered container until ready to use.
Coat baking pans with paper towel dipped into coating.
