Mild Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
    2 c. seeded and chopped cubanelle peppers
    1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers with seeds
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/2 to 1-inch headspace.
    Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
