Tortilla Trap - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 or 8-inch) flour tortilla
2 slices cheese, cut diagonally
green and red pepper strips
Preparation

Place tortilla on plate.
Arrange cheese on tortilla without overlapping.
Top with peppers.
Fold in half.
Cover.
Microwave on High 25 to 40 seconds, or until cheese begins to melt.
Let stand, covered, 1 minute.
Fold into quarters.
Serve with chunky picante sauce.
Makes one serving.
