1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Beat the egg and milk together and add to make batter for crust. Press in bottom of 9-inch square pan.
