Maybelle'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar well.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Mix ingredients.
Add flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.
Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until it pulls away from pan.
Use 9 x 13-inch or 11 x 15-inch pan.
Especially good served warm with whipped cream.
