Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. almond extract
3 large apples, peeled and cut in small pieces
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add to oil mixture a little at a time.
Add flavorings and fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in prepared tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes (or until done) at 325\u00b0.
Cool on rack.
