Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. lo-cal apricot jam
    1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. lo-cal red French dressing
    1 pkg. instant beef broth mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    In small bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Spread sauce over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
