Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-bran cereal
2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all-bran and boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased tin cans for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Greased loaf pans may also be used.
