Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. lean beef or lamb cubes
    1 small onion, quartered
    3 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 oz. unsalted catsup or salt-free tomato juice
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    pepper
Preparation
    Alternate meat, onion, tomatoes and green pepper on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on kabobs.
    Cook on grill or broil to desired doneness.
    Makes 2 servings.
