Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Jonathan apples, peeled, cored and quartered (enough to fill a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish)
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
margarine
water
Preparation

Peel, core and quarter apples and fill a 9 x 13 x 2-inch-baking dish.
Top each quarter with a small amount of margarine.
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Slowly add water to dish to a 1/2-inch depth.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until apples are done. Serves 12.
