Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
    1 pie shell, baked
Preparation
    Beat butter with an electric mixer at low speed until smooth and creamy.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
    Mix in melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating 3 to 5 minutes after each addition.
    Spoon into baked pie shell. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Top with whipped cream and pecans.
