Crock-Pot Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless beef roast
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 carrots sliced
    3 potatoes peeled, sliced
    2 small onions, sliced
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 jar (2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Place potatoes, carrots, onion and mushroom soup in bottom of pot.
    Add salt, pepper and water. Place roast on top.
    Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
