Simple Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. (4 medium) peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole, arrange sliced potatoes. Add flour, salt and pepper; toss lightly.
    Stir in milk and dot with butter.
    Cook, covered with lid, 15 minutes or until potatoes are desired doneness.
    Stir 3 to 4 times during cooking.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    (Can use onions.)
    Serves 4 to 6.
