Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3 c. water
    1 lb. drained and browned hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/2 c. canned corn
    1 or 2 Tbsp. New Mexico style chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can chili with beans
Preparation
    For Cornmeal Crust:
    Put first 4 ingredients into a 2 or 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Cover with a paper plate and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    After first 4 minutes, stir every 2 minutes.
    Let set 20 to 30 minutes to cool enough to handle, then line a greased 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Form crust.
