Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    flour to cover eggplant
    corn oil
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 cans water
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Salt, pepper and flour each slice. Lightly brown in corn oil.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
