Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, onions, water chestnuts, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Pour into a 9-inch square dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with crushed crackers that have been mixed in the melted butter.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
