Cheese Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. cut up yellow squash
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up in chunks
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place squash in 2 to 3-quart pan to boil.
    Add salt to boil. Boil until soft, about 20 minutes.
    Pour off water.
    Add cheese to taste, 5 to 6 chunks, stir until melted.
