Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slightly beaten egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. softened butter
2 tsp. corn meal
3/4 c. Pet milk (1 Tbsp. more, optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Soften butter.
Add sugar and mix eggs and corn meal.
Mash up with fork.
Slowly add milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
