Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 10 medium potatoes, boiled in jacket
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped pimento
3 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. paprika
2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation

Cube potatoes in jacket; put in large casserole dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Sprinkle cubed cheese over the potatoes, then onion, pimento, parsley, paprika and garlic salt.
Melt margarine; add bread crumbs and pour over the entire casserole.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
