Yellow Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy; add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
    Beat egg yolks in small bowl of electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.
    Add cold water and continue beating until thick.
    Transfer to large mixer bowl.
    Add sugar, gradually beating until blended.
    Add vanilla, almond and lemon extracts.
    Fold in flour and salt.
    Fold beaten egg whites into egg yolk mixture.
    Bake in ungreased 10-inch tube pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until done.
    Invert to cool.
    Frost with Creamy Yellow Frosting.
