Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water.
    Cook until thick and smooth; stir constantly.
    While hot stir in butter and lemon extract.
    Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
    Cool before serving.
