Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick mix
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

After grating cheese, let stand until pliable.
Add Bisquick mix, sausage and salt.
Mix by hand and shape into small balls. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
Makes about 50.
May be frozen, but should be thawed before cooking.
