Sour Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sour cream
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add sour cream; mix well.
    Pat dough out on floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut into 6 to 8 biscuits. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
