8 medium, cooked yams, cut in halves
1 can thawed, frozen orange juice
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Arrange yams in a single layer in a baking dish.
Brush generously with orange juice concentrate.
Dot with butter.
Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, brushing frequently with juice and pan drippings until yams are well-glazed and golden brown.
