Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    Brown meat with chopped onion.
    Mix together dry ingredients. Add dry mixture and tomato juice to meat.
    Cook slowly 3 to 4 hours.
    Adding beans is optional.
