Turkish Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup minute rice
    1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 cup cooked small (or salad) shrimp
    1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
    dash cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Add onion and rice. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomato soup and diced tomatoes, shrimp, pepper and paprika.
    Cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
    Add a dash of cayenne pepper (to taste).
    Fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing just before serving. Makes about 4 servings. Serve hot with a green salad and hot biscuits.
