Rusty'S Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans black-eyed peas
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions (scallions)
    1 large jar jalapenos, diced
    1 small jar pimentos, diced
    1 large jar Italian dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rinse and drain peas.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill 24 hours.
