Pork Chops And Grilled Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing or Robusto Italian or Lite Italian
    1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 center cut pork chops (about 1-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
    1 pineapple, crown, stem and rind removed and cut crosswise into 6 slices
Preparation
    In a dish, combine dressing, juice, sugar and soy. Add chops. Turn to coat.
    Cover.
    Marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 hours or overnight.
    Remove chops.
    Bring marinade to a boil. Grill or broil chops, basting with marinade, until done.
