Mid Morning Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove crusts from bread and cube.
Place bread in 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Combine milk, eggs, grated cheese and seasoning in blender.
Pour over bread, making sure it is all moistened.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
