Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked and cubed chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small can pimentos
    6 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 tsp. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 c. crushed potato chips (save 1/2 c. for top)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Microwave the celery and onion for a couple of minutes. Combine all ingredients.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle saved chips over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
