Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening or 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast (dry)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening (if using shortening).
    Combine oil with buttermilk (if using oil).
    Mix in buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Roll out on floured board 1 inch thick; cut.
    Place in pan; let set 15 minutes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
