Rhubarb Oat Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour (unsifted)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients, then add margarine and rub with fingers until no lumps.
Press half of mixture into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Evenly put rhubarb over crumbs.
