Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 lrg. can evaporated milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan.
Add sugar, milk and salt.
Cook slowly at low heat until thickened; about 15 minutes.
Add vanilla.
