Lemon Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    juice of 2 lemons
    rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Beat all together and boil until thick in a double boiler. Spread between layers of cake.
    Put grated rind in batter.
    Makes filling for 3 layers.
