German Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation
    Work all together to form a ball; flatten slightly.
    Brown in a Dutch oven on both sides.
    Put water halfway up and simmer 20 minutes on both sides.
