Festive Stuffed Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. (approximately 50) pea pods, garden peas
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan bring 2 cups water to a full boil; add pea pods, cook 1 minute.
    Drain well; put into ice water, drain well, cut off stems.
    Cut a seam on the side of pea pods forming a pocket, set aside.
