Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leg of lamb
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    cloves of garlic
Preparation
    Rinse lamb; pat dry with a paper towel.
    Rub seasoned salt all over roast.
    Slice cloves of garlic and slip under skin.
    Wrap in heavy aluminum foil.
    Let set a few hours on a rack in a roasting pan.
    Cook fat side up at 325\u00b0 until done (about 2 1/2 hours).
    Let set 20 minutes before slicing.
    Cut across grain.
    Reserve stock for gravy.
