Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
confectioners sugar
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk until well blended.
Gradually beat in flour until smooth.
Pour into funnel with 1/2-inch opening.
Pour into hot oil; fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
