Frozen Pineapple Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can crushed pineapple
    1 lb. large marshmallows
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 jar red cherries
    1 can whipped cream
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Whip whipping cream and set aside.
    Drain pineapple.
    Heat pineapple juice until it boils.
    Stir in marshmallows until dissolved.
    Let cool.
    Fold in whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Put in paper cups in muffin pans.
    Freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Remove papers and roll in graham crumbs.
    Top with whipped cream and put a cherry on top.
