Fettucini Alfredo(Spicy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box fettucini/spinach noodles
1 small triangle block Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1 pt. half and half
Preparation

Melt butter.
Pour half and half into pan.
Boil slowly.
Add red cayenne pepper to taste.
Shred Parmesan cheese and add to sauce mixture.
Stir cheese with wire whip until melted (cooking time about 20 to 25 minutes), turn off.
Boil noodles until done (7 to 9 minutes); drain.
Right before you pour the sauce on the noodles, heat it up to get the lumps out.
