Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 cans mushrooms
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in large casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This recipe can be cut in half for a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
