Mexican Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican mild cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1/4 cup water until tender; drain broccoli. Beat eggs, then add cream of mushroom soup, melted cheese and milk; blend. Put broccoli in casserole dish and pour mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
