"Spanakopita" - Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo (pastry sheets)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
    2 c. Greek Feta cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 small green onions
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 to 1 lb. butter
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Wash spinach well; remove stems.
    Sprinkle salt all over spinach (2 to 3 tablespoons salt).
    Let set for 15 minutes, then rinse spinach.
    Drain and squeeze off all liquid.
    In a large bowl beat the eggs; add the cottage cheese and Feta cheese, parsley and onion and fold in the spinach.
