Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter (soft)
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 pt. whipped cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar together.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well, then add vanilla and chocolate.
Use mixer to blend until thick.
Pour into cooled pie shell.
Refrigerate 15 minutes before adding whipped cream to which 2 tablespoons sugar has been added.
Chill until serving time.
