Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. chicken flavored granules (bouillon)
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 egg, slightly beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    3 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Combine bouillon, egg and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape mixture into a 6-inch loaf and place on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
