Lemon Drizzle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
4 1/2 to 5 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring (if desired)
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, corn syrup and lemon rind.
Stir in lemon juice until desired consistency.
Tint with food coloring, if desired.
Makes 2/3 cup.
