Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 to 2 sliced onions
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and flour steak.
    Brown steak in salad oil; add onion, tomato soup and water.
    Simmer 1 3/4 hours or until tender.
